Hi… I'm Bob Patterson of ARM Homes.  We are a manufactured home dealership serving the greater San Francisco East Bay area.   We offer two types of manufactured homes:  

1)  Our new line of customized manufactured homes are available to buyers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and
2)  Our "Dream Homes – Encore" are previously owned manufactured homes that we carefully rebuild and customoize to better than new condition before selling them to the public.  Many of these homes are sold during the rebuilding process as some buyers prefer to pick their own color schemes.

We also buy mobile homes and manufactured homes direct from owners for cash in as is condition.

May 14, 2013 Update… Getting ready for the new custom kitchen that is going to spin your beanie!  The custom cabinets are being built while the electrician upgrades the electical system in the kitchen and throughout the house.  New dual pane windows and additional steel support piers are in the process of being installed too.  

The current home is of the same quality as the last home ARM 02-02-2013 all photos only 026Homes recently remodeled and sold.  While the kitchen in the current project will be different, it will be of the same quality as the kitchen in the last home, which is the photo at the right.

ARM coming soonApril 17, 2013 Update… Now that everything old has been torn out and hauled to the dump including the old landscaping, the re-newing process begins.  The electrical system, heating system, cooling system, plumbing system, roof, under home support system, are all being re-worked or replaced per current DOH code.  This will take some time.  Check back in May to see what's been done, or email us and we'll include you on our list of interested followers. click here

March 28, 2013 NEWS FLASH…  We have begun another Encore home project in a Hayward senior park. This spacious manufactured home with approximately 1,600 square feet of living area features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, and a family room.  The remodeling will include a new custom kitchen with granite counters, sheetrock walls throughout, crown molding, custom panel interior doors with lever hardware, dual pane windows, and so much more it will spin your beanie!  Check back for updates or send us a note on the contact form and tell us you would like to receives email updates.
